Integrations & Data Portability

An honest answer: the Business Suite is built to be a single home for your operations, not another tool you have to connect to five others.

CSV Export, Available Today

Inventory and Expenses (with more modules being added) support direct CSV export, so your data is never locked in. If you need to hand numbers to an accountant, import them into another tool, or just keep an offline backup, you can export it in a standard format at any time.

Why We Don't List a Long Integration Marketplace

Many business tools compete on how many other apps they connect to. CircularGuru Business Suite takes a different approach: instead of syncing partial data between five disconnected tools (a spreadsheet for stock, a separate invoicing app, a separate customer tracker), it puts inventory, purchasing, sales, customers, and finance in one place from the start. That removes most of the reason you'd need an integration in the first place.

If You Need to Connect Something Specific

If your business relies on a specific external tool or sales channel and you want to know whether it fits with CircularGuru Business Suite, get in touch. We'd rather tell you plainly whether it's supported than leave it ambiguous.

What This Means Day to Day

Practically, this means a purchase, a sale, and a payment all update the same underlying data the moment they're recorded, rather than syncing on a delay between separate tools. There's no webhook to configure, no API key to manage, and no risk of two systems disagreeing about the current stock number because a sync job failed overnight.

Where This Approach Falls Short

Being honest about the tradeoff: a business with a highly specialized existing tool, a custom-built shipping calculator, for example, won't find a plug-and-play connector here. The Business Suite is built to be the operational home itself, not a hub that syncs with everything else. For most retail, wholesale, and eCommerce operations that's a net simplification; for a business with one very specific external dependency, it's worth checking directly first.

FAQ

Can I get my data out if I need to?

Yes. Inventory and Expenses support direct CSV export today, with more modules being added, so your data isn't locked in.

Why doesn't CircularGuru list a large integration marketplace?

Because inventory, purchasing, sales, customers, and finance already live in one connected system, which removes most of the reason a separate integration would be needed in the first place.

What if my business relies on a specific external tool?

Reach out directly and we'll give you a plain answer about whether it fits, rather than leaving it ambiguous.

Is CSV export available on every module?

It's currently available on Inventory and Expenses, with additional modules being added over time.
